Privacy Policy

The short version

Incognito Saver is local-first. Your extension data — saved tabs, notes, A-B loops and window sessions — lives in your browser by default. We only ever see data that you explicitly choose to share with our servers: your account email, your sign-in sessions, and (for Pro) the cloud-synced copy of your notes, loops and tabs.

What we collect

• Account email & password — your email identifies your account and your password is stored only as a bcrypt hash; used to sign in and to recover your account.
• Sign-in sessions & device tokens — one per browser/device you sign in from, so you can manage and revoke them from the account page.
• Subscription status — whether you're on the Free or Pro plan, and your billing period. We never store your card details; payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
• Cloud-synced content (Pro) — the notes, A-B loops and saved tabs you choose to sync, so they're available across your browsers.

What we never do

• We never sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
• We never read your browsing history from the extension — everything incognito stays incognito.
• We don't require an account for local use, and nothing local is uploaded without your consent.

Cookies & sessions

The web app uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The extension instead uses revocable API tokens. Sessions and tokens can be revoked at any time from the account page, including "sign out everywhere".

Third parties

• Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor (merchant of record). They handle the checkout, billing and refunds; their privacy policy governs payment data.
• Email provider — used solely to deliver password-reset links.

Retention & deletion

Password-reset links expire within an hour and are auto-deleted. Sessions and tokens expire over time and can be revoked instantly. You can delete your cloud-synced data and account at any time by contacting support — we'll remove your data and revoke all sessions, typically within a few days.
